Announcement: ISO 45001 certification

At GORÉE, we put the health and safety of our workers, our clients and the general public at the heart of everything we do. As a business, we do everything we can to ensure we provide a safe and secure workplace for all.

Having successfully acquired and maintained our ISO 9001 accreditation, we are pleased to announce that we have now been awarded the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Standard certification by LRQA.

After three days and 2 stages of thorough assessment by LRQA auditors, we waited patiently for our results.

And it was good news!

Our QHSE Advisor, Georgette Mendy commented: “This certification proves GORÉE’s determination to protect our staff from the risks associated with our day-to-day activities. It was made possible thanks to everyone’s involvement. We are aware that QHSE requires continuous improvement, so we're committed to keeping up the momentum to further develop our safety culture and always guarantee a safe and healthy working environment for all our employees, our clients and the wider public”.
