GORÉE to perform Hazardous Area Electrical Inspections onboard Sangomar FPSO

MODEC Senegal S.A.S.U has recently awarded Gorée Offshore Engineering (GORÉE) a 3-year renewable contract to perform electrical inspections, maintenance and repair of hazardous area (explosion proof) equipment onboard the Sangomar FPSO offshore Senegal.

Work will be performed in partnership with SafeEx, a leading inspection and maintenance technology company headquartered in Denmark.

The project will be performed by a team of GORÉE and SafeEx IECEx certified electromechanical personnel.
